Your Role and Responsibilities

This role is designed for students who are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing their education. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist with projects and sales initiatives with strategic large and international accounts: You will contribute and support various projects (e.g. with KI and automation solutions) and tasks, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company's operations and goals.
• Learn from professionals: You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insight into their roles and responsibilities. This will help you build your skills and knowledge in a real‑world setting.
• Support teams: You will assist teams with various tasks and projects, developing your teamwork and communication skills. This will give you a chance to collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the team.

What You Can Expect from work & study

Financial Independence From Day One – With an Attractive Salary

• 1st year: €1,950 gross/month
• 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month
• 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month
• An employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.
• Master studies at a recommended German university (of your choice) offering part‑time studies (e.g. ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others).
• Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Passion for Data & AI, Automation, and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English.
