Position: Mathematics Chart Analysis Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $67–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on mathematics problems.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in function plots , geometric figures , statistical charts , and mathematical diagrams .
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Mathematics , MS in Mathematics with 3+ years teaching, research, or applied work, or BS in Mathematics with 5+ years tutoring, contest coaching, or applied math work.
• Working fluency in at least two of: analysis , algebra , probability , combinatorics , numerical methods , applied math .
• Comfortable reading and interpreting function plots , geometric figures , statistical charts , and mathematical diagrams .
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
