Freelance Adjunct Faculty Opportunities

Your Tasks

• Independently plan, prepare, and deliver courses or substantial parts of larger modules based on defined learning objectives and program requirements
• Coordinate course content, module leaders and other faculty members to ensure academic coherence and alignment within the curriculum
• Design engaging, academically rigorous, and practice-oriented learning experiences in an international classroom environment
• Develop teaching materials, assessments, and examination formats in alignment with module requirements
• Support and mentor students throughout the course and provide subject‑specific guidance

What We Are Looking For

• University degree (Master’s or PhD) in a business related field
• Relevant professional and/or academic experience
• A strong commitment to high‑quality, practice‑oriented teaching
• Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
• Previous university‑level teaching experience is an advantage
• Depending on the assignment, excellent English and/or German language skills
