MDR Operations Performance Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with security operations teams and leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and evolving service delivery needs.
• Define, refine, and monitor performance metrics aligned with customer experience, quality, and operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in security analysis, SOC leadership, operational reporting, or related roles.
• Strong ability to analyze complex, disconnected data sources and transform findings into actionable insights.
• Experience developing performance metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of approximately $86,000 to $143,000 USD.
