Sygna is a leading international company in the field of commissioning and technical project management. We implement high-performance building solutions for data centers, office buildings, gigafactories, pharmaceutical laboratories, and historic buildings—from concept to successful handover.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Regional Commissioning Manager (m/f/d) Mechanical in Frankfurt to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Technical leadership and support for the project team in the commissioning management of building services
Responsibility for the entire technical project process—from design to completion
Close and proactive communication with our clients throughout all project phases
Planning and allocation of the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials)
Implementation and oversight of quality assurance processes to ensure that all commissioning activities and milestones meet client expectations
Structured documentation and reporting of commissioning activities
Preparation and execution of the final acceptance inspection and handover to the facility management teams

Your profile:

Completed technical training or a technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, utility engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or similar)
Several years of professional experience in commissioning, technical project management, or a comparable field
Extensive technical expertise and very good knowledge of commissioning methods and building services engineering
