Develop strategy: You will plan and build the TikTok Shop strategy for our clients from the ground up.

Set up infrastructure: You will start from zero. You will technically configure the TikTok Shop and initially handle both strategic planning and operational execution.

Leverage trends: You are our TikTok expert. You spot new features and trends immediately and turn them into successful sales campaigns.

Establish the offering: You will make social commerce a core part of our agency services and define the key KPIs.

Requirements

Several years of experience in TikTok marketing: You have successfully built TikTok channels or shops.

TikTok expertise: You know the TikTok Ads Manager, the algorithm, and the technical processes around the TikTok Shop inside out.

Strong execution skills: You don't just enjoy planning- you also implement the technical and operational foundation yourself during the launch phase.

Data-driven: You make decisions based on numbers, can interpret data correctly, maintain an overview, and present results clearly to management.

Self-starter: You work independently, drive your projects proactively, and can explain complex processes in simple terms.
