Medical Affairs Manager/MSL - Hem/Onc - Germany

In this on-site role, you will lead regional medical research and engage with healthcare professionals to strengthen the company’s scientific standing in oncology and hematology. You collaborate with clinical research, regulatory, and commercial teams to align education, insights, and innovative solutions. You will craft region-specific engagement strategies using a mix of face-to-face and digital outreach to support patient-focused therapies. This position offers impact through collaboration, scientific leadership, and advancing cancer care.

• Lead local medical research activities to ensure scientific and operational excellence
• Plan, execute, and communicate clinical studies in line with regulatory standards
• Coordinate internal and external partners to meet quality, timelines, and budgets
• Develop omnichannel engagement plans combining in-person and digital communication for healthcare providers
• Support investigator-initiated trials and build strategic collaborations within the medical community
• Stay abreast of oncology and hematology advances and communicate findings effectively

• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical affairs, MSL, or clinical research
• Strong scientific knowledge in oncology, hematology, or related areas
• Experience in supporting clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and digital medical communication
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with healthcare professionals and internal teams
