We are now looking for aMedical Partnership Manager with deep expertise and an established network inhemato-oncology to maximize Dextrial's outreach to medical doctors and research teams in this field across Europe.

We work with physicians, research teams, and directly with patients, connecting them to suitable clinical trials. Treating physicians can register their patients on themyDextrialplatform, or patients can register themselves directly. You are the person who engages medical professionals and establishes cooperations— with the specific clinical fluency to do this credibly inhemato-oncology.

Yourtasks

• ConsultDextrialonpatientandmedicaldoctoroutreach in the area ofhemato-oncology
• Networkestablishment: Driveourplatformreachin Europe bypromotingtheplatformtohealthcareprofessionals(coldacquisition,leadcontact, online/on-siteproductpresentation,congressparticipation,yourestablishedcontactnetwork)
• Createpromotionstrategiesforhealthcareprofessionalsand manageevents,ensuringalignmentwithcompanygoals
• Identifyandengagehigh-potentialhealthcareprofessionalsanddevelopeducationalprogramswithhealthcarecenters
• Optimizetheplatformperformanceandinfluenceopinionleadersthroughpersonalcontactandmultichannelefforts

Yourqualification:

• Strong,establishednetwork ofmedicalprofessionalsinhemato-oncology,includingKOLs
• Extensivebackgroundinsales,fieldoperationsormedicalsciencewithinthehealthcare/pharma/medicaldeviceindustry
• Based in Europe, preferable Germany or France, with option to travel
• Demonstratedabilitytoconsultcompaniesonpatientidentificationand trialreferralin aclinical,credibleway
• Excellent interpersonal andstakeholdermanagementskills,comfortableengagingseniorcliniciansand KOLs
• Trackrecordofdrivingregionalperformance;achievingrevenuegrowthisa plus
• Passion forapproachingpotentialclientsandbuildingcontacts
• Experience inproductpresentation(online/on-site)
