As a Medical Projects Manager (m/f/d), you will drive pioneering medical initiatives within our Central Operating Unit (OU). You will combine clinical excellence with commercial impact to sustainably improve patient care. Initially, your primary focus will be on oral health. In this role, you will report directly to the MVH Europe Director of Medical Operations and work closely with the OU Medical Director and the country‑specific Area Medical Partner (AMP) teams. Project Planning & Delivery: End‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional medical projects with a focus on dental programs. Strategic Translation: Translating medical priorities into clear, practical clinical workflows (including scope, timelines, and resources). Alignment & Integration: Aligning milestones with clinical standards, operations, and commercial objectives; close coordination with key stakeholders to avoid redundancies. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Strategic Partnership: Close collaboration with the OU Medical Director and the local Area Medical Partners (AMP), particularly on focus programs (oral health). Cross‑functional Coordination: Serving as the interface between subject‑matter experts, operational management, and central teams for seamless implementation. Hands‑on Support: Assisting the AMP team during capacity bottlenecks (primarily in the UK and Ireland). Clinical Content & Capability Enablement: Content Quality – Creating and reviewing evidence‑based clinical guidelines, training materials, and tools according to the highest governance standards. Behavior Change – Translating expert knowledge into measurable, behavior‑changing measures for clinical teams. Performance Tracking & Impact Evaluation: Metrics & Reporting – Defining and tracking KPIs (clinical outcomes, acceptance, revenue) for oral health initiatives. Continuous Improvement – Utilizing data and feedback to optimise programmes and processes. Governance & Reporting – Risk Management: Monitoring project objectives and proactively escalating risks or resource constraints to medical leadership. Framework Optimisation – Further developing the MVH Europe frameworks for implementation of medical projects.
