The Job

At GAUDLITZ, you’ll start your career as a Customer Sales Specialist (m/f/d) with excellent prospects – right at the heart of the sales department, working closely with clients and products.

Job profile

Your responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the ERP system
• Create and maintain customer master data
• Manage sales prices in the ERP system and verify pricing on customer invoices
• Prepare and update short- and long-term sales forecasts
• Support sales planning and business forecasting activities
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries and pricing
• Coordinate customer priorities with the production planning team
• Prepare reports and analyses for the management team
• Cooperate closely with the Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance departments
• Participate in customer meetings and occasional business trips

Your Profile

What sets you apart

• Secondary school or university degree
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar position is an advantage
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, with the confidence to communicate with international customers and colleagues on a daily basis
• German language skills are an advantage
• Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively and adapt to changing customer requirements
• Driving licence (Category B)
