MEP Project Manager (m/f/d) QA/QC - Data Centres

As an MEP QA/QC Project Manager in our Düsseldorf Data Centre team, you ensure quality, compliance and successful delivery of MEP, security, controls and connectivity systems on large construction projects. You’ll oversee inspections, testing, documentation and contractor performance, shaping project handovers and safety culture. • Monitor construction activities for compliance with specs and standards
• Identify, track, and resolve quality issues and non-conformances
• Supervise inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP, security, controls, and connectivity systems
• Maintain QA/QC records and documentation in PM platforms
• Develop corrective action plans with stakeholders
• Communicate quality and site issues to project/QA management
• Verify contractor progress and support project reporting
• Maintain site records and daily progress reports
• Represent Owner's Representative during trade handovers
• Participate in client safety programs and promote safety culture

• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Multiple years’ experience in a QA role on large construction projects (data centres or mission-critical facilities preferred)
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, defect management, and handover processes
• Experience working to detailed technical specifications
• Excellent coordination, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; online document management experience a plus
• Fluent English; German proficiency is a strong advantage
• Availability for on-site work
• Experience in QA/QC, supervisory or project management on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of MEP systems, building services, testing and commissioning
• Experience with Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV), BMS, and connectivity infrastructure desirable
