Our Sales Consultants are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first‑class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.

Joining us as a Sales Consultant means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during their journey to buying a new car, so it is crucial to get the service right each time.

About The Role

Mercedes‑Benz of Colindale has an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Mercedes‑Benz Sales Consultant, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs during the car‑buying process. You will work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
