Tasks

• Independently processing and managing orders (new orders, changes, complaints), including drafting customer correspondence
• Managing, monitoring, and closing out orders, as well as maintaining and analyzing relevant data
• Management and maintenance of equipment master data, as well as support for installations and modifications
• Planning and coordination of schedules, personnel, and equipment deployment in consultation with customers and installers
• Customer support via telephone (e.g., scheduling appointments, handling complaints)
