Microsoft Alliance Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive strategic co-sell and marketing initiatives with ITVT, a leading Microsoft partner. You will align with Microsoft field teams to accelerate joint opportunities across DACH and BENELUX, shaping GTM plans and campaigns for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You’ll represent ITVT at key events and optimize participation in Microsoft programs. This is an impactful, cross-functional role that directly contributes to ITVT’s Microsoft growth strategy in Europe.

• Own Sell-With and Market-With motions across DACH & BENELUX
• Collaborate with Microsoft field teams, Partner Development Managers, and industry leaders
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, and solution promotions
• Accelerate co-sell pipeline by aligning ITVT’s Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure with Microsoft goals
• Represent ITVT at Microsoft events, executive briefings, partner forums, and regional GTM calls
• Track and optimize participation in Microsoft programs, solution plays, and incentive models

• Proven track record in Microsoft alliance/channel management or partner development
• Deep understanding of Microsoft partner motions (Sell-With, Market-With, Co-Sell Ready, Partner Center)
• Experience with the Microsoft field org in DACH or BENELUX
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch a significant plus
