Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Engage actively in all phases of solution implementation, from business process analysis through configuration and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align requirements with business objectives
• Offer in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM applications
• Adhere to Argano Implementation Methodology
• Effectively leverage the full suite of Microsoft Technology and ALM stack tools
• Oversee the documentation of business requirements and expected outcomes for proposed solutions
• Facilitate client decision‑making regarding modifications or customizations
• Plan and supervise CRP and UAT activities in partnership with the project manager
• Share valuable assets with the Argano Knowledge Base
• Contribute to scope, risk management, evaluation, and mitigation planning
• Demonstrate strong qualitative analytical skills relevant to strategy formulation
• Foster company growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities
• Mentor functional consultants and support team knowledge advancement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification
• Senior consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM
• Minimum four years of Dynamics implementation experience, including participation in at least three full life cycle implementations
• Hands‑on experience with D365 F&SCM, business process modelling, and core LCS/PPAC tools
• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft ALM stack and ADO for task management
• Commitment to a process‑driven implementation methodology
• Analyzing and comprehending complex business problems
• Applying advanced solution architecture and design principles
• Reengineering business processes according to best practices
• Supporting data migration, conducting workshops, and providing training sessions
• Leading system and user acceptance testing
• Delivering customer‑focused support
