Mid-level Strategist (all genders)

Your role

• Analyse and evaluate trends, developments, and data to derive the most valuable
• insights for our clients
• Support the implementation and optimisation of strategies in close collaboration with
• other departments
• Contribute to brand and communication strategies for existing and new business
• clients, with guidance from senior strategists
• Help define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis
• Interpret client briefs and support the definition of project scope
• Write creative briefs
• Contribute to pitches and new business projects
• Support the development of case studies and award entries
• Work closely with senior strategists as a sparring partner, and support junior
• colleagues where needed

Your profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand and
• communication strategy
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Solid analytical thinking and a structured, methodical approach
• Confident ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesising information
• Experience contributing to strategic, creative, integrated campaigns
• Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations
• Eagerness to learn and grow, with openness to feedback and mentoring
