Overview

As a Mixed-Signal ASIC Design Engineer at Bosch, you will craft high-performance analog interfaces for automotive sensor modules within mixed-signal SoCs. You collaborate with customers to translate requirements into precise specs and drive the development of signal paths, amplifiers, and converters. You’ll model and validate functionality with Matlab/Simulink and Verilog-A, and support testing and qualification to ensure product quality. This role lets you influence advanced frontends for ultrasound, inertial, and radar applications in a cutting-edge mobility context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Design and verification of high-performance amplifiers, analog filters, ADCs, DACs and supporting circuits
  • Develop reference models of signal paths using Matlab/Simulink and/or Verilog-A for simulation and validation
  • Collaborate with customers to define requirements and translate into technical specifications
  • Support layout, series test program development, and drive validation of samples and characterization results
  • Take responsibility for qualifying samples and ensuring product quality
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Practical IC design experience, especially low-noise amplifiers and converter circuits
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes and solid-state devices
  • Experience with state-of-the-art EDA tools for schematic entry, simulation, layout, and design flows
  • Practical experience with Matlab/Simulink
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to drive complex technical topics across departmental boundaries
