Job Description

Veolia Water Tech is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Mobile Water Services Sales Manager to lead business growth across the DACH region. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish yourself as a market leader in mobile water solutions, working within a dynamic international environment where your strategic vision and sales expertise will directly impact Veolia's expansion in the industrial and municipal water sectors.

You will be responsible for achieving growth targets through personal acquisition, development, and closure of projects within your defined geographic territory. Working closely with commercial support functions, you will qualify leads, understand customer needs, and deliver competitive solutions whilst driving the sales cycle forward.

You will cultivate key relationships internally and externally to establish Veolia as the go-to provider for mobile water solutions. Collaborating with account managers, vertical leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities whilst ensuring all commercial projects meet profitability expectations.

Day to Day Duties

• Achieve or exceed assigned growth targets and key performance indicators through personal project acquisition, development, leadership, and closure across the DACH region,
• Develop business opportunities by solving critical water treatment challenges faced by industrial and municipal customers, leveraging Veolia Water Tech's comprehensive product and service portfolio,
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales within Veolia's installed base and establish market leadership positioning,
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities for your assigned region and sector, ensuring forecast accuracy and supporting regional sales management with precise reporting,
• Collaborate with project management teams, account managers, and vertical leaders to support project delivery, identify market trends, and contribute to the development of future service offerings

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience in selling solution-based services to industrial or municipal water customers, with demonstrated success in complex contract negotiation and management of sophisticated customer organisations,
• Strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment technologies and processes, with the ability to translate customer challenges into tailored Veolia solutions and communicate effectively with technical and operational personnel,
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities combined with proven ability to influence multidisciplinary teams across different time zones, work effectively in matrix organisations, and deliver results with minimal supervision,
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience; fluent English and German language proficiency with willingness to travel extensively throughout the DACH region and broader Europe
