We are looking for a

Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
• Implementation and further development of zero-trust, security, and compliance concepts
• Supporting the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud
• Developing automated solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, or comparable tools
• Establishing standardized deployment, provisioning, and management processes for clients and M365 workloads
• Analysis of existing processes with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing errors
• Support and further development of MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune
• Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies, as well as collaboration with IT security and infrastructure teams

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable IT training (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration)
• Extensive experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Very good knowledge of PowerShell; experience with Power Automate is a plus
• Understanding of modern security concepts such as Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with a strong affinity for automation
• Experience working with Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux devices
• Ability to competently advise business units on Modern Workplace topics
• Team-oriented approach and enjoyment of service-oriented IT support
