Задачи:

Create high-quality motion graphics, graphic design, and video content for social media
Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, ads, interviews, event footage, and branded content
Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social-first videos
Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign assets
Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, and other digital channels
Adapt content across multiple brands, industries, platforms, formats, and dimensions
Add subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, effects, and other post-production elements
Work with Social Media Managers to translate trends, briefs, and creative ideas into content
Create fast-turnaround reactive and trend-based social content
Ensure strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, readability, and mobile-first execution
Manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
Stay current with social media, video editing, motion design, and AI creative trends

Требования:

4+ Years of professional experience in Motion Design
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both motion design and video editing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent understanding of animation, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Strong understanding of short-form and social-first video
Experience editing different types of footage and content
Ability to work across very different brands and visual identities
Ability to take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery
Comfortable working independently in a remote contractor environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or production
Good written and spoken English

Nice to have: experience in entertainment, gaming, sports, lifestyle, or other fast-moving consumer industries
