MSAT DSP Specialist

We are looking for an experienced MSAT professional to provide technical expertise across downstream processing and support technology transfer, scale-up and optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:

• MSc/PhD preferred in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
• 3-8 years' experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT or process engineering.
• Strong downstream processing experience within biologics.
• Hands-on experience with chromatography, filtration and UF/DF.
• Experience with process scale-up, technology transfer and process validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting commercial manufacturing and PPQ.
• Good understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to process optimisation.
• Fluent English; German advantageous.
