MULTI PROPERTY ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our organization as a Multi Property Accounting Clerk. As part of the Finance team, you will support the Assistant Financial Controller, manage the monthly cashflow, and oversee day‑to‑day operations such as credit control, revenue reports, and banking. You will also prepare financial analyses and support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistant Financial Controller in the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and property reports.
  • Support the monthly cashflows.
  • Take charge of day‑to‑day operations (e.g., credit control, revenue reports, banking).
  • Take responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Prepare financial analyses.
  • Work as a team player within the accounting team.
  • Support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required.
  • Perform other duties reasonably required for the role.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High level of business acumen and impeccable honesty.
  • Excellent communicator and motivator.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on compliance.
  • Creative, innovative and digitally savvy.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU.
  • At least 3 years of work experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Qualifications or experience in accountancy/finance.
