Multinational Health and Benefits - Lead Consultant, Germany (m/w/d)

In this role you will strengthen Mercer’s global Health and Benefits offering by delivering international health and wellbeing consulting to multinational clients. You will work with cross-functional teams across countries to develop health optimisation strategies and evidence-based recommendations. You’ll analyse diverse data sources to generate client-ready insights and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects with clarity and reliability. • Support delivery of international health and wellbeing consulting projects for multinational clients
• Contribute to health optimisation strategies focusing on prevention, wellbeing, cost efficiency, and employer investment
• Analyze data from multiple sources and translate findings into client-ready insights
• Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables in a structured manner
• Consolidate input from internal stakeholders and SMEs to develop coherent reports and materials
• Assist with cross-country communication and coordination with colleagues and client teams
• Contribute to work on global frameworks and country-/industry-specific health topics
• Identify practical, evidence-based approaches aligned with healthcare system developments

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, insurance broking or servicing financial institutions, ideally in a client-facing role with sales responsibilities
• Academic or professional background in medicine, public health, healthcare management, health consulting, health insurance or related field
• Strong interest in employer health and wellbeing and in health-system dynamics
• Ability to work confidently with data, structure complex topics and develop client-oriented messages
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across international teams
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or French an advantage
