As a Product Advisor at Munich Re Risk Management Partners, you shape advisory engagements that extend beyond Location Risk Intelligence. You manage client projects from scoping to delivery, translating climate risk data into decision-ready guidance for corporate and real estate clients. You’ll lead workshops, support complex sales use cases, and coordinate cross-functional experts to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role blends consulting, analytics and client-facing delivery to help clients harness climate data at scale.

• Identify and shape advisory engagements addressing client needs beyond standard platform capabilities
• Independently manage advisory projects or workstreams from scoping to delivery
• Translate physical climate risk data into clear, actionable recommendations for corporate and real estate clients
• Lead or support client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interactions with diverse audiences
• Assist Sales with bespoke use cases, solution design, proposals and client presentations
• Coordinate subject matter experts and cross-functional contributors for timely, coherent delivery
• Contribute to development of advisory methods, templates and reusable client assets
• Incorporate client insights into the evolution of Location Risk Intelligence products and services

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, climate risk, sustainability or related fields
• Consulting background or experience structuring client-facing projects
• Knowledge of corporate and/or real estate clients and linking climate insights to business decisions
• Solid understanding of physical climate risk, financial impact quantification or related domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical content into actionable guidance
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development; experience with proposals or solution design is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative, self-directed with prioritization and ownership of outcomes
