Munich Re Service GmbH - Product Advisor (m/f/d)*

In this role you shape and deliver advisory engagements that extend beyond standard platform capabilities. You will independently manage client-facing projects from scoping to delivery, turning climate risk data into actionable recommendations for corporate and real estate clients. You will lead meetings and workshops, liaise with technical and business stakeholders, and support complex pre-sales and solution design. You’ll contribute to developing advisory methods and assets, while feeding client insights back into product evolution. This role offers the chance to impact how clients use Location Risk Intelligence to make risk-informed decisions at scale.

• Identify and deliver advisory engagements beyond standard platform features
• Manage advisory projects end-to-end from scoping to final delivery
• Analyze physical climate risk data and translate into decision-ready recommendations
• Lead client meetings and stakeholder interactions with diverse audiences
• Support Sales with bespoke use cases, proposals, and technical questions
• Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Contribute to the development of advisory methods, templates and reusable assets
• Incorporate client insights into product and advisory evolution

• 3–5 years in consulting, advisory, climate risk, sustainability or related fields
• Experience structuring client questions and delivering client-facing projects
• Knowledge of corporate/real estate clients and linking climate insights to business decisions
• Understanding of physical climate risk and financial impact quantification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management
• Commercial awareness with interest in business development; pre-sales experience is a plus
