NCE Tools Lead Specialist

North & Central Europe is Vestas’ largest region globally, and within our Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization we are looking for a capable and motivated Lead Specialist (Senior Manager) to help optimize and drive the tools function in North and Central Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools for Northern and Central Europe you will define and operate the function ensuring that tools used in construction and service are present and operationally ready across all locations in the region.

In this Senior Manager level position you will become a part of the Northern and Central European Service Supply Chain Management Group and work in a team of highly skilled and motivated business leaders at manager, senior manager and director level.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Tools function within North and Central Europe
  • Be a direct link from North and Central Europe into our global Tools function
  • Actively identify, establish and lead cost and delivery performance optimization projects
  • Create a solid link between relevant stakeholders globally and regionally
  • Represent and own the Tools function in the North and Central European Supply Chain Management Group

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • A pragmatic, structured, and fact‑based approach to your work
  • The ability to identify improvement areas and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level
  • English language skills at a negotiation level

  • Is creative and practical, with advanced stakeholder management skills
