NetSuite & Payroll Systems Administrator (f/m/d)

Join Sonar’s Business Technology team to own and optimize the Pigment FP&A platform and NetSuite-based data ecosystem. You will architect data flows, implement advanced FP&A models, and ensure governance and SOX controls across systems. Your work enables rolling forecasts, headcount planning, and real-time decision-making for executives. This role blends finance, IT, and operations to scale our financial infrastructure with cross-functional impact.

• Serve as the primary technical owner and solution architect for the Pigment platform, including configuration, security, governance, and performance
• Design and maintain FP&A models (driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, multi-currency scenarios) within Pigment
• Configure Pigment for Headcount Planning, OpEx Budgeting, and Corporate FP&A, aligning financial and workforce plans
• Create workflows, automation, and governance controls in Pigment to enable collaborative planning
• Build dashboards and reports for real-time variance analysis for business leaders
• Develop automated data feeds synchronizing NetSuite GL Actuals, COA, and FX Rates to Pigment using SuiteScript/RESTlet/API
• Implement and troubleshoot API integrations between Pigment and systems like BambooHR and Lever
• Design and maintain NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk) for integration, data quality, and compliance
• Lead data migrations, transformations, and data quality tasks across the ecosystem
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Finance to ensure data integrity, access controls, and ITGC/SOX alignment
• Support daily NetSuite administration, maintenance, and stability as system of record for financial actuals
• Maintain core NetSuite functionality (ARM, FAM, EBP, Multi-book, Intercompany, P2P) and lead change management processes for NetSuite and Pigment
• Evaluate and report ITGC gaps in coordination with internal controls and third-party assessments to ensure SOX compliance across financial systems

• 5+ years in EPM/FP&A administration, architecture, or model building on Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or OneStream
• 5+ years NetSuite administration/operational support in a multinational environment
• Experience with NetSuite development tools: SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, RESTlet APIs
• Experience integrating BambooHR, Aptitude, FloQast, Carta; familiarity with API design and data governance
• Strong FP&A knowledge: driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis
• SOX ITGC design and enforcement across integrated financial systems
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; NetSuite Administrator certificate a plus
