New Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Fully Remote)

• We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program.
• In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships, and leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results.
