Responsibilities

Consistently deliver against KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates, meeting and exceeding monthly targets
Stay informed on global financial markets and macroeconomic trends, confidently discussing relevant developments with customers to build credibility and trust
Cultivate exceptional, long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued, supported, and confident to trade
Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing financial trading, applying this knowledge to ensure all activity remains compliant and aligned with industry standards
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records across all key platforms, including HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook, upholding a high standard of data integrity
Effectively manage and diversify across multiple lead sources to maximise pipeline coverage and new business opportunities
Work cross‑functionally with colleagues across departments – including Marketing, Product, and Compliance – to support brand growth and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload and priorities, while actively contributing to team performance and shared goals

Requirements

Fluency in speaking and writing in English as well as one other language from the following: Portuguese, Polish, or German
Experience using CRM systems
Experience working in a KPI‑driven environment
Experience working in a financially regulated environment
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a service mindset to support our clients in the demanding, real‑time environment of online trading
Well organised with good time management skills, able to take proactive action when necessary
