New Client Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, driven relationship builder to identify potential clients for our financial advisors. Preferred candidates reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

The role is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST; flexible Saturday or occasional late‑evening shifts are available with pay differential.

Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000 plus a variable incentive that can increase total annual earnings to $70,000–$100,000. Full benefits are provided.

Primary Job Functions

  • Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline: develop and qualify leads, screen prospective clients, set appointments for financial advisors, and execute high‑volume outbound dialing and email activity.
  • Communicate the company value proposition: partner with marketing, understand current channels and event campaigns, and enthusiastically promote the firm’s planning, investment, tax, trust, and other services.
  • Utilize Salesforce: prioritize work queues with high‑velocity applications, accurately record interactions, enter new client opportunities, and use advisor rotation software for proper prospect assignments.
  • Build and maintain financial industry knowledge: comply with securities regulations, remain aware of market trends, and continually expand industry expertise.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services with outbound sales and a proven track record of consistent results.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred.
  • Team‑oriented, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and advisory practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and support‑org functionality.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
