New Commercial Underwriter Senior (Equipment Finance) (Fully Remote)

• Responsible for underwriting loans in a timely manner to ensure acceptable credit risk.
• Manage the entire underwriting process from review through closing.
• Facilitate booking of new loans and ensure customer compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite all lending products regardless of size or complexity.
• Review and analyze financial statements, collateral, and due diligence.
• Prepare credit narratives and negotiate closing documentation with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in underwriting or credit analysis.
• Strong business acumen, customer focus, and communication skills.
