New Counsel II, Vendor Remote US (Fully Remote)

• Affirm seeks a pragmatic transactional attorney to join the Vendor Legal team, balancing risk with business velocity in a high-growth tech environment.
• You will manage a busy deal pipeline and improve processes to help the team scale.

What you'll do:

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of various vendor agreements including technology, cloud, and marketing contracts.
• Design and implement playbooks, templates, and workflows to reduce cycle time without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, finance, and other teams to provide clear, practical guidance.

What we look for:

• JD and active bar membership with 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in tech or law firm.
• Strong drafting skills, fintech/payments experience, and knowledge of data privacy regimes like CCPA and GDPR.
• Proven ability to manage high deal volume, build legal processes, and communicate complex issues clearly.
