New Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (Fully Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, overseeing care plans and coordinating with specialists.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive wrap-around care.
• Empower families through education and support, ensuring long-term health success.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a pediatric population, preferably in community-based or complex care.
• Active NP or PA license in New Jersey or North Carolina, with board certification.
• A strong desire to improve the quality of life for pediatric patients and their caregivers.
