NormMaster Application & Operations Specialist

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as a NormMaster Application and Operations Technical Specialist (d/f/m) .

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• System Administration & Application Management: Manage and optimize the NormMaster application architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and cross-team data consistency.
• L2 Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform access, bugs, and data issues for internal and external users.
• Order Processing & Data Operations: Oversee the end-to‑to‑end processing of customer orders within the platform, ensuring data integrity and technical alignment with business workflows.
• Database Administration: Manage data import/export processes and execute Oracle SQL tasks to guarantee data structure validity and smooth migrations.
• Automation & Scripting: Set up, maintain, and monitor automated scripts using Python and Linux Shell Scripting (Bash) to streamline daily operations and system tracking.

• Candidate must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances (SüV).
• At least Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar
• Minimum 3 years of IT Experience in application management, L2 support, or system administration.
• Practical Experience installing and configuring software on Linux servers and in working with relational databases, specifically Oracle SQL, for data validation, connection setups, and querying.
• Functional scripting skills in Linux Shell (Bash) and/or Python for automating and monitoring tasks.
• English business level. Spanish/French/German skills are a plus.
