Area Sales Manager, Northern Europe at UWT GmbH

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for sales and revenue targets
• Development of market-specific sales concepts based on proprietary potential analyses in the Northern European region
• Acquisition and strategic development of sales partners in the defined target markets
• Organization and execution of sales appointments with end customers and sales partners
• Technical consulting, conducting product training, and active sales support for sales partners

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable education in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering
• Initial professional experience desirable - ideally in international sales of complex products
• Strong closing skills, confident demeanor, and high negotiation competence
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and target-oriented working style
• High intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Secure and long-term employment perspective in a successful and growing company
