Nurse Sales Specialist – Urology (m/w/d) – Germany (Schleswig‑Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern, Berlin, Brandenburg)
Overview
BD is one of the world’s largest medical‑technology companies. We need a Nurse Sales Specialist to support customers in the assigned region with training, sales, and clinical and technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain new customers within the sales territory.
- Provide clinical support during introduction and use of incontinence products in hospitals.
- Drive sales activities: coordinate product tests, evaluations, pilot projects and contract negotiations.
- Conduct product trainings, workshops and in‑house trainings for medical staff (nurses, physicians, therapists).
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health‑sector stakeholders.
- Assist in creating training materials, clinical arguments and case studies.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and continuing‑education events.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Support implementation of care pathways and integration of products into clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Business Development.
- Maintain and update information in our CRM tool Salesforce.com.
- Accountable for quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Qualifications
- Completed training or degree in nursing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of clinical practice experience.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Experience in incontinence care is ideal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong initiative, customer orientation and willingness to travel up to four days a week.
- Proficiency with digital tools and presentation media.
- Fluent in German and good in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work goal‑oriented and results‑focused.
- Independent, accountable and team‑focused.
- Good IT skills (MS‑Office, etc.).
- Ideal location: Berlin or Hamburg area.

Salary
€65,000.00 – €99,125.00 EUR per year.
