Your tasks::

• You will learn about the organizational and office management tasks of the company – in theory and practice.
• Your training stations within the group of companies will offer you interesting and varied insights into a wide range of areas.
• Across departments, you will learn how office processes are designed and workflows are organized.
• In sales, you will learn how to serve customers or how to acquire and retain them.
• In financial accounting, you will learn how to record and evaluate value flows.
• In our ordering department, you gain extensive insights into the procurement of goods.
• In human resources, you gain insights into personnel administration, recruitment, and support.
• You can actively participate in all departments and apply the knowledge you have learned to solve exciting tasks and projects.
• Training duration: 3 years.
