Overview

On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

• Coordination of day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
• Organization of meetings, events, and business travel
• Support in budget planning and cost control for office management
• Acting as a contact person for employees, service providers, and external partners
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
• Assistance in HR and finance-related administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education or degree, preferably withinternational experience
• First experience in office management or operations coordination
• Fluency in English, very good German skills preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and modern office tools
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and service orientation
• Structured way of working and team player mindset
