As a PMO Professional (f/m/d) in Offshore Automation, you support effective project execution through structured planning, governance, reporting, and documentation across complex project lifecycles. Working closely with Project and Sub‑Project Managers, you ensure transparency, rigorous schedule control, effective reviews, and consistent tracking of actions, risks, and decisions.
You operate in a highly technical environment delivering customer‑specific offshore automation solutions, providing reliable coordination and project control so delivery teams can focus on execution. Your role includes milestone tracking, facilitation of project reviews, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement of templates, processes, and project standards.
The position is limited to an 18-month fixed-term contract.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support of Project Managers in the preparation, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules, including baselines, progress tracking, and milestone control
- Planning, preparation, and coordination of structured project review meetings to ensure transparency and effective decision‑making
- Documentation of meetings and maintenance of action, risk, and issue trackers with active follow‑up to ensure timely closure
- Support of project controlling and monitoring through consolidation of schedule status, KPIs, milestones, and commitments in line with PMO frameworks
- Tracking of procurement schedules, supplier milestones, and material delivery timelines in close coordination with project and procurement teams
- Contribution to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and guidelines
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Economics or a technical apprenticeship with working experience
- First experience in PMO, project planning / scheduling, or project controls within EPC or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge in MS Project and Primavera P6 are preferred
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow‑up capabilities
- High team orientation, adaptability, and openness to multicultural collaboration. Self‑motivated, independent, and quality‑oriented working style with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent English skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally; German language skills considered a plus
