Description

Provide on‑site IT support on the production floor
Ensure production machines and systems are properly connected and synchronized
Check network connectivity between machines, production systems, and IT infrastructure
Support the operation and availability of production‑related IT systems
Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues directly in the plant
Coordinate with production, maintenance, IT, and external support teams
Support incident resolution and follow‑up of corrective actions
Assist with basic hardware, software, and network‑related topics in the production environment

Job requirements

Experience in IT support, production IT, plant support, maintenance, or a similar technical role
Basic understanding of networks, IT infrastructure, hardware, and system connectivity
Interest in working directly in a production / plant environment
Hands‑on mentality and willingness to support issues on site
Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented working style
Good communication skills with production and technical teams
German language skills required; English is an advantage
Experience in automotive production or industrial manufacturing
Knowledge of production systems, machine connectivity, MES, shopfloor IT, or industrial networks
Basic understanding of OT / IT interface
