OneStream Administrator (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Technical Support: Provide first-line functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to data loads, consolidations, and reporting.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve support tickets within Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms.
System Maintenance: Execute routine tasks including metadata updates, data loading, and calculation processes.
Security & Governance: Manage user access requests in accordance with established security policies.
Deployment Support: Partner with the Development team during monthly maintenance breaks to perform deployments and post-release testing.

Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field
OneStream Expertise: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in OneStream administration or a similar CPM tool.
Incident & Problem Management: Proven experience in enterprise incident management and problem resolution.
Operational Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage SLA ownership, conduct thorough root‑cause analysis, and handle complex escalations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of OneStream security, workflows, and data management processes.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot business rules and data integrations.
Communication: A customer‑service oriented mindset with fluent English and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
