Responsibilities

• Shape the professional presence of the company in digital media and manage digital customer communication on relevant social media channels.
• Set new impulses in the planning and conception of online campaigns, thereby contributing directly to our continued business success.
• Manage social media accounts as well as plan and execute Google Ads campaigns.
• Create and manage landing pages and advertisements, including associated mailings related to our current properties and our comprehensive services.
• Perform regular evaluations and reports of online activities to make the success of the work visible and develop measures for continuous optimization of our online presence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, media, or communications.
• Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing social media marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various social networking platforms.
• High degree of self‑management.
• Strong communication personality and confident creation of sales copy and advertisements.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Enthusiasm for real estate and residential trends and motivation to contribute creative ideas for a successful online presence.
