Online Marketing Manager – META Ads, Finance & Insurance

Responsibilities

• Designing advertising strategies
• Creating ad copy, creatives, and advertisements
• Setting up advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation
• Creating landing pages, forms, and thank-you pages using Perspective
• Developing audience targeting, conducting competitive research, and performing keyword research
• Supporting, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns and the Facebook Business Manager
• Analyzing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on the performance of online channels and initiatives using web tracking and analytics tools

Requirements

• Solid prior knowledge of online marketing for finance, insurance, and real estate advisors (ideally you have already managed clients in these sectors)
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking; strong organizational skills; result- and solution-oriented mindset; excellent teamwork combined with a confident presence and an independent working style
• Ability to follow established processes
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• Strong communication skills and a keen sense for precision
• Excellent written German with clean, error-free expression.
