Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure organizations meet national and international online safety laws, regulations, and standards.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement online safety policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to each organization’s unique needs and risks.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential online safety risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies. Perform regular audits and monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CISSP is a plus.
• Proven experience in online safety, compliance consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of global online safety regulations, including GDPR, COPPA, and other relevant standards.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess risks and propose practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with online safety technologies and platforms, including content filtering, monitoring, and incident management tools.
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing projects across distributed teams.
