Onsite Coordinator – SAP NetWeaver, Oracle

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Facilitate effective communication in German and English to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
• Conduct and participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and processes.
• Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5–8 years) in onsite coordination / project coordination / client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
