Role Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will ensure the efficient running of and provide maintenance to various IT systems. You will work with our global strategic partner to deliver enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient running of and providing maintenance to various IT systems, providing effective solutions for software and hardware issues, and responding to user inquiries.

We are looking for candidates with two or more years of relevant experience, fluency in German (C1) and English, and experience in handling ServiceNow tickets, software deployment, and Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system support.
