Operating System & Performance Measurement Lead

In this global role within ABB Robotics, you will design and implement the Robotics Operating System and an enterprise performance framework. You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, governance, and reporting to enable fact-based decisions. You’ll run the executive cadence and KPI architecture to align strategic priorities with execution and financial outcomes. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to drive transparency, standardization, and performance across geographies. • Design and evolve the Robotics Operating System with governance and operating cadence
• Build an integrated enterprise performance framework linking strategy to outcomes
• Establish Executive Committee routines, reviews, and decision processes
• Create a single source of truth for enterprise performance and enable data-driven decisions
• Align KPI definitions and reporting across Business Lines, Functions, Finance, and Data teams
• Simplify performance management and reduce non-value-adding measures
• Lead and develop the performance management team and continuously improve the OS

• Significant experience in enterprise performance management, operating systems, strategy execution, or business transformation
• Proven track record designing and implementing KPI frameworks and governance mechanisms
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives
• Experience working across functions and geographies in a global environment
