Operational Excellence Consultant (m/f/d)

Objective of the job: / Ziel der Stelle:

• Identify pain points on cross-regional and cross-functional scale and ensure a coordinated pain point reduction


• Sustain implementation execution of topics which are delivered by BTS and ensures a


• Continuous and international wide operational improvements of business and processes


• Share best practices among countries and business leaders


• Create understanding of group processes and local requirements


• Act as 2nd line for the different stakeholders in Global functions, BTS and markets in executing their strategic initiatives

Tasks of the job: / Aufgaben der Stelle:

• Monitor and support implementation execution of topics which are delivered by BTS


• Drive internal projects for business stakeholders


• Continuously drive forward improvements and harmonization of international operational business processes


• Focus on the most important productivity drivers and risks of the organization that could have an impact on the objectives of the organization


• Support in identification and set-up of tools for managing global functions or networks


• Business analysis and identification of pain points (e.g. process deficiencies, inefficiencies) together with the respective country managers and responsible of business units


• Central contact person for international subsidiaries with the aim of promoting knowledge transfer and building up and improving local know-how regarding business processes and system functionalities (empowerment and tracking of the CHG-MERIDIAN subsidiaries)


• Advise and support CHG-MERIDIAN's international subsidiaries in implementing measures to improve pain points and to optimize business processes


• Close cooperation and networking with international colleagues such as business leaders and BTS roles


• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of measures to reduce pain points


• Support data-driven approaches in business by setting up steering tools such as KPIs, SLAs


• Develop an in-depth understanding of CHG-MERIDIAN's internal international process and project landscape
