Operational Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Owns the continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time.
• Leads adoption of operational best practices through coaching and influence.
• Partners with group operations functions to coordinate projects and share knowledge.
• Provides input to innovation roadmaps, business cases, and process design.
• Supports rollout of group projects, owning selected initiatives end-to-end.
• Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes.
• Documents processes (VSM, process maps) and develops change documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access.
• Project management experience.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites.
