Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport , is looking for Operational Excellence Manager (Lean Transformation) to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany .

Locations include Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Lead Lean Improvement Projects and drive continuous process optimization
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate key stakeholders
• Analyze processes, identify waste and implement efficiency improvements
• Develop implementation roadmaps and support business case evaluations
• Create and maintain process, manufacturing and quality documentation
• Deliver training and coaching on Lean methods and best practices
• Ensure compliance with Lean standards and drive continuous development of tools and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Informatics or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in Project Management
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
